This session examines the intersection of rights, value, and governance in the era of AI and Open Science.
Building on the discussions and insights from our session at OSFair 2025, this work draws on findings from the EOSC Beyond and LLMs4EU projects to present emerging frameworks for rights metadata, licensing, and the responsible use of research outputs in federated infrastructures.
